We are looking for an ambitious and energetic sales professional to join our sales team. We are seeking a team player who is eager to join a fast-paced, driven, and growth-oriented sales organization. An ideal candidate will thrive working in a tight-knit community where their activities directly impact their income and they regularly seek accountability on their commitments. As a sales team member, you will enjoy creating solutions for your clients, managing a large book of business, and working with clients buying or selling a home for a wide variety of reasons.

This position has a high impact on our organization, so you will spend 1-2 months training. During this time you will generate and follow up with leads while learning the fundamentals to guide you in a life-long career in real estate.

    Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare for client meetings by conducting market research in advance.

  • Win new clients by sharing the team’s value and closing at sales pitches.

  • Establish, develop and maintain lasting client relationships throughout the sales process by creating raving fans.

  • Negotiate offers and successfully guide clients through the contract process through closing.

  • Expedite the resolution of client concerns to maximize the client experience.

  • Partner with the team to create or adjust the marketing strategy as needed.

Requirements

  • Have a Colorado Real Estate License

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales position or in a role requiring contract negotiations.

  • Top-notch selling and negotiation skills. Driven to learn and practice new sales skills.

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

  • Exceptional communicator, able to adapt your communication style to meet your client's needs.

  • Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record in sales or of meeting ambitious goals.

  • Must be willing to regularly work evenings and weekends, and willing to regularly work 60+ hours per week to meet your goals.

  • Willing to accept phone calls and follow up with clients between 8 AM and 8 PM daily (including Saturday and Sunday).

    Compensation & Benefits

  • As a Sales Agent, pay is commission only with the potential to earn $150,000 - $200,000+ per year. You can expect to earn $75,000 - $100,000 in your first year.

Inside Sales Agent

Do you have a track record of nurturing hundreds of long term relationships that lead to closings? We’re looking for people with a burning desire to learn & grow, die-hard enthusiasm, and passion to do what it takes to succeed. If the idea of using your talents to help facilitate hundreds of real estate transactions in a high energy and fast paced office environment excites you, you should probably keep reading.

  • As an Inside Sales Agent with The Awaka Group, you will have hands-on experience with the inner workings of a top Denver real estate team.

  • This role is in-office.

  • We're looking for someone who will consistently hustle to meet hourly, weekly, and monthly standards.

  • Key Responsibilities: Tenaciously prospecting for new business, build long term relationships with leads, build a consistent pipeline, and set qualified appointments for sales agents.

  • Role requires some weekend and evening availability (can be completed from home).

  • Key skills: Stellar communication written and verbal communication skills, team oriented, high emotional intelligence, intense sense of urgency, and self-driven.

  • Real estate licensing not required. This role is not ideal for someone looking to become a real estate agent in the next 1-2 years.

  • 2 years sales experience required.

Job Type:

  • Full-time

Pay:

  • $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year (Salary + Bonus)
