We worked with Simon from Awaka Group and he was amazing! With how the prices are in Denver I really thought we would have to settle for a 4 bedroom home but he helped us to find a 5 bedroom home in Denver within our price range. He explained everything and walked us through the entire process along the way. He was very professional but also very laid back too. It probably wasn't the easiest working with us considering 4 of us had different wants and needs when looking for a home but he met all of them and found a home we all loved and had everything we all wanted. Simon was very easy to talk and we were all comfortable telling him when we did or didn't like a home. He was knowledgeable, and knew what to look for, and pointed out issues when viewing homes. I know when we are ready to sell this home and buy a new one Simon will be who we go to!!

Her knowledge, insight, willingness to tromp around all manner of places. her connections to all sorts of related service people, she truly provides a one stop shop for all things real estate. I'm truly sorry that since I've moved on to the Pacific Northwest I'll likely never have a reason to work with her and her team again but the next best thing is to tell you that you should.
