EXPLORE ARVADA.

A HISTORIC OLDE TOWN, BIG OPEN SPACES, AND A REAL HOMETOWN FEEL.

WELCOME TO ARVADA

Arvada sits northwest of Denver, about seven miles from the State Capitol, spanning Jefferson and Adams counties. It has deep roots, too. Gold was found along Ralston Creek back in 1850, and the town was later known as the Celery Capital of the World.

Today, Olde Town Arvada is the heart of it all. The historic district is packed with local restaurants, breweries, shops, and summer fountains for the kids, and the G Line commuter rail stops right there. The Arvada Center brings plays, musicals, galleries, and classes to town all year long.

What makes Arvada special is how easy it is to get outside. Ralston Creek Trail connects parks across the city, Majestic View Nature Center and Two Ponds National Wildlife Refuge are great for little explorers, and the foothills are close. It's a place that feels established and friendly, with plenty of room to grow.

REAL ESTATE IN ARVADA

Arvada offers a little bit of everything. Near Olde Town you'll see older homes and charming bungalows on established streets, while much of the city is classic suburban neighborhoods with ranches, bi-levels, and two-story homes. On the northwest edge, newer master-planned communities like Candelas and Leyden Rock bring modern floor plans, trails, and community amenities.

Arvada tends to be one of the more sought-after suburbs on the north and west side, especially close to Olde Town, the rail stations, and the foothills. Buyers often trade a slightly higher price for the lifestyle, the schools, and the sense of community. Older neighborhoods can offer good value if you're open to some updates.
