EXPLORE NORTHGLENN.

A FRIENDLY, WALKABLE SUBURB WITH PARKS ON NEARLY EVERY CORNER.

WELCOME TO NORTHGLENN

Northglenn sits just north of Denver along I-25, between Thornton and Westminster. It was built as a master-planned community in 1959 and incorporated in 1969, so many neighborhoods were designed from the start with parks and trails close by.

That planning shows today. Northglenn has 27 parks and open spaces and more than 35 miles of Greenway trails that connect to the larger Denver trail network. E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park is the gathering spot, with pedal boats on Webster Lake, ducks and geese, and one of the best playgrounds in the north metro area.

What makes Northglenn special is how easy it is. The N Line stops at Northglenn/112th with service to downtown, I-25 is right there, and daily errands are close. It's a smaller city with a neighborly feel, where you can get to know the folks on your street and still be in Denver in no time.

REAL ESTATE IN NORTHGLENN

Northglenn's housing is mostly established single-family homes from its master-planned beginnings, think ranches and bi-levels on tree-lined streets with greenbelts close by. You'll also find townhomes and condos, plus some newer infill here and there. Many homes have been updated over the years, while others are ready for a buyer with vision.

Because the city is mostly built out, inventory is largely resale homes, which tends to keep Northglenn on the more approachable side compared with newer suburbs nearby. Buyers like getting a yard, a park nearby, and quick access to I-25 and the N Line without stretching for new construction.
