ABOUT DANIELLE

Hi! I’m Danielle, owner and team leader of The Awaka Group and a Colorado native. With more than $150 million in career sales, I’ve helped hundreds of families buy and sell across Aurora, Denver, Centennial, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Castle Rock, Westminster, Arvada, Lakewood and the rest of the Denver metro.

Listings are my specialty. I’m part of Real Luxury, REAL Broker’s luxury division, and a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. That means every home I list gets luxury-level marketing at any price point: professional photo and video, digital and social ads, SEO, YouTube and data-driven pricing.

I also help families move up. Selling your current home and buying the next one at the same time takes a real plan. I build one around your timeline and your equity so the move feels organized, not stressful.

I’m a 40 Under 40 award winner, a speaker and panelist, and a proud mom of three. My goal is simple: honest advice, proactive communication and an experience that feels organized from start to finish.
