EXPLORE AURORA.

BIG CITY VARIETY, GLOBAL FLAVORS, AND ROOM TO GROW.

WELCOME TO AURORA

Aurora is Colorado's third largest city and stretches across Arapahoe, Adams and Douglas counties on Denver's east side. It is close to DIA, connected by the R Line light rail, and home to the Anschutz Medical Campus. If you want options, Aurora has them.

This is one of the most diverse places in the state, and you can taste it. Havana Street and East Colfax are packed with Korean, Vietnamese, Ethiopian, Burmese and Mexican spots. Stanley Marketplace, built inside an old aviation plant, is a weekend favorite.

Aurora also has serious outdoor space. Cherry Creek State Park sits on its southwest edge, Aurora Reservoir and Quincy Reservoir are great for paddling and fishing, and the city runs more than 100 parks and six public golf courses.

REAL ESTATE IN AURORA

Aurora has just about every housing type you can think of. Older ranches and bungalows near the original downtown, condos and townhomes along the I-225 corridor, and newer master-planned communities on the south and east sides. Neighborhoods like Tallyn's Reach, Murphy Creek, Saddle Rock, Southshore and Aurora Highlands offer newer builds, while Heather Gardens is a well-known 55+ community.

Because it is so big, pricing ranges widely. Central and north Aurora tend to offer some of the more approachable price points in the metro, while southeast Aurora's newer neighborhoods sit higher. For first-time buyers and move-up buyers alike, Aurora is worth a serious look.
