EXPLORE GREENWOOD VILLAGE.
TRAILS, HORSE COUNTRY AND THE TECH CENTER, ALL IN ONE VILLAGE.
WELCOME TO GREENWOOD VILLAGE
Greenwood Village sits in Arapahoe County just south of Denver, named for the old Greenwood Ranch. It started as a farming community and incorporated in 1950. Today part of the Denver Tech Center sits inside city limits. It's surrounded by Centennial, with Denver just to the north.
It's a place with two personalities. On the east side, you've got offices, restaurants and Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre. On the west side, it's quiet streets, big lots, equestrian parks and more than five miles of the High Line Canal Trail. Many of the area's biggest employers are based here, so plenty of residents skip the long commute entirely.
That mix is the magic. You can live near horse trails and cottonwoods and still be minutes from work, dinner and a summer concert. Add around 40 miles of trails and Cherry Creek schools, and it's easy to see the appeal. It feels polished but still personal, with neighbors who care a lot about their parks and open space.

REAL ESTATE IN GREENWOOD VILLAGE
Greenwood Village has some of the most varied housing in the south metro. West of I-25, you'll find custom homes on large lots, horse properties near the equestrian parks, and established neighborhoods tucked along the High Line Canal. Gated enclaves like The Preserve offer larger homes with open space all around. Because the west side is mostly estate-style lots, inventory there is limited and the right home can move quickly.
Closer to the Tech Center, there are condos, townhomes and smaller single-family neighborhoods that work well for buyers who want a short commute and less upkeep. Overall, Greenwood Village sits firmly on the higher end of the market, especially for estate properties on the west side. The east side gives buyers more options at different price points, often with easy access to light rail and the DTC.
