EXPLORE PARKER.
SMALL TOWN HEART, BIG OPEN SPACES, AND A MAINSTREET WORTH STROLLING.
WELCOME TO PARKER
Parker sits on the southeast edge of the Denver metro in Douglas County, about 23 miles from downtown. It started as a stage stop called Twenty Mile House and was incorporated in 1981. That small town feel never really left.
Downtown is the heart of it all. Mainstreet has local restaurants, coffee and events, and the PACE Center brings in concerts, theater and the Parker Symphony Orchestra. Come December, the Nutcracker of Parker is a tradition for a lot of families.
Outside, Parker shines. The Cherry Creek Trail runs right through town, and there are miles of paved and equestrian trails plus hundreds of acres of parks and open space. You get room to breathe without feeling far from the city.

REAL ESTATE IN PARKER
Parker is mostly single-family homes, from 1980s and 1990s subdivisions to newer master-planned communities. Popular areas include Stroh Ranch, Idyllwilde, Clarke Farms and Canterberry Crossing, with nearby Stonegate and The Pinery just outside town limits. You will also find townhomes near downtown and acreage properties on the outskirts if you want a little more land.
Pricing generally runs mid to upper range for the metro, with a wide spread depending on age, lot size and whether you are in a newer build. Buyers often choose Parker for the space, the schools and the community feel. If you want a bigger yard or a quieter street, this is a great place to look.
