EXPLORE CASTLE PINES.
BIG VIEWS, QUIET STREETS, AND GOLF, ALL JUST OFF I-25.
WELCOME TO CASTLE PINES
Castle Pines sits along I-25 in Douglas County, about 20 miles south of downtown Denver, right between Lone Tree and Castle Rock. It became a city in 2008, so it still has that young, close-knit feel. Colorado Springs is about 45 minutes south, so the whole Front Range is within reach.
Life here moves a little slower. Think pine-covered ridges, wide open sky, and trails that start right outside your door. The city has about 14 miles of paved trails, and Daniels Park, with its bison herd and killer sunsets, is right next door. Mornings start with coffee on the patio, and evenings often end with a walk to the neighborhood park.
What makes it special is the balance. You get room to breathe and real Colorado scenery, but the Denver Tech Center is under 20 minutes away. Add in some of the best golf in the state and a calendar full of community events, and it's easy to see why people stay. It's suburban living with a little bit of mountain town soul.

REAL ESTATE IN CASTLE PINES
Castle Pines is mostly single-family homes, with a mix of established neighborhoods and new construction. Around The Ridge golf course you'll find homes from the 1990s and 2000s on curving streets with mountain views. On the east side, The Canyons is a master-planned community with newer homes, a resident clubhouse, a pool, and miles of trails and open space. Many neighborhoods are covered by metro districts that maintain parks and trails, so ask about those details as you compare homes.
Then there's Castle Pines Village, a gated community known for custom homes, larger lots and two private golf clubs. Overall, Castle Pines sits on the upper end of the south metro market, with options from newer family homes to true luxury estates. If you want space, views and a newer home without heading far from the Tech Center, it belongs on your list. We're happy to walk you through the differences between each pocket of town.
